I'm Loving This Free Paper

I found this website, http://www.pixelpaintpapers.com , where you can download and print gorgeous papers for free. Of course, I have to use my own plain paper and printer ink, but really, this stuff is wonderful and so easy and much cheaper than buying patterned paper. This is a card I made with the paper -- I think I like it, although the placement of the flowers is a bit off and the card is too dull -- needs a bit of ribbon or other embellishment to brighten things up. I must be the last Stampin Up lover to get Looks Like Spring (got it in a trade) and I used the punch to make these cute paper flowers. I also used Blush Blossom paper, which is one of my absolute faves, so soft and lovely. I'm going to be playing a lot with these new papers -- my next experiment will be to print some out on vellum cardstock. Speaking of Stampin Up, the list of retired accessories will be released tomorrow and then by next week I should have the new catalogue, or as SU says, catalog. I'm looking forward to spending many hours browsing (and eventually buying). I am hoping to start some stamping classes in the not too, too distant future.
