Blossom!

I cleaned my stamp area. I stamped. I'm happy!! It's a mess again! A huge thank you to the many stampers who have emailed me, sent me "private messages" on http://www.splitcoaststampers.com, or commented directly on the blog. It is so much fun getting a response, and I'm blushing that anyone would actually bookmark it!! This picture is a bit blurry (and ignore the black oval at the bottom), but I am rather happy with this card. It has been raining here for at least 40 days and 40 nights and we need a little summer sun around here. I wove the background before stamping and embossing the flower -- a technique I learned from http://www.heroarts.com many cards ago! The tiny blossom words come from the Karen Foster snap stamps -- the 1/8th inch are acceptable (avoid anything bigger). July 5th and I haven't placed an order with Stampin Up! since the new catalog was released on July 1st. Perhaps I am ill????
