Peaceful

Here is another card I made at SU Demo Nancy Kliewer's class last Friday night. It uses the very lovely Peaceful Wishes set, stamped on cardstock vellum and layered over sage cardstock. The focal point is stamped on shimmery white paper. The two layers of cards are held together by silver cord on the edge. So quick and nice. However, this was a class to use the Word Window Punch. Where's the window? It is supposed to be in the lower right hand corner of the the card, with the word "Peace" embossed in silver on the inside of the card peeking through. I was reasonably certain that I would mess up that part, so decided to quit while I was ahead! I may add the word Peace on top of the vellum layer -- or not. Still debating.

I have to admit that I never looked twice at this stamp set when the catty first came out. But all these amazing cards that I've been seeing made with it lately are starting to convince me that I just might need it. LOL ;)
