Thanksgiving from Pam

Simple, but so effective! This card is from Pam, one of the sweetest, funniest women I have never met! We got to know each other over the internet, she ended up signing up to become an SU demo under me, and the rest is history. You will never meet a more generous person, with a wicked sense of humor. Although she is in the St. Louis area and I am in Virginia, I hope to meet some day. In the meantime, here is her lovely Thanksgiving card. Pam used the retired Botanicals set on the front -- with a gorgeous, but nontraditional, color combo -- night of navy ink on Sahara Sand paper and on White Naturals paper. A bit of navy ribbon and a greeting complete the picture. Isn't this card sweet?

  2. Beautiful! I love it. I think I'll go pull out my set (one of my faves), it hasn't been used in a while. TFS!

  3. Hi Joan.. I am blushing~! I am glad that you liked the card, and such a treat to see it posted here. I was inspired by a fellow SCS'er and some cards she had made.. that I just had to make some myself. I have had Botanicals for so long, but never used it. I hope that you and your family had a blessed Thanksgiving. OH... Tell your mom that her new "do" looks GREAT!! I am so happy to hear that that was an uplifting outing for her ~ and for you too!

Card is great! Love the different colors instead of the traditional pumpkim pie and always artichoke....
