Basic Grey Wish

I love these papers, but cutting into a big 12 x 12 sheet can be scary! It isn't so hard to use patterned papers when they come from a small pad, such as this lucious collection from Basic Grey in a 6 x 6 pad. Supplies: 3 papers from the Basic Grey Blush collection; SU Small Script; SU oval punches and SU vintage brads. Also used SU Ultrasmooth Vanilla for the base card and Colorbox Chalk Fluid Cat's Eyes Queues Ink in Chocolate Brown to stamp the word "wish."

  1. This is beautiful, Joan! Would you believe that I just ordered a 6 x 6 pad of the same paper on e-Bay last night? Can't wait to get it!

  5. This is very pretty! Where did you get the paper on a 6 x 6 pad? Online or at a retail store... I must have some!

  6. Hi Joan,

I left a post earlier but it is not here. Hmmm, perhaps I did not finish one of the steps? Anyway. I love the look of your blog and I *Love* this card. I am waiting to get these Basic Grey papers too. I did get a notification earler this evening about your blog and I just got one now. :) So your feedbitz is now working. Thanks for sending them Joan.

  7. I love this Basic Grey paper and also bought it in the 6x6 pad; It's the Lily Kate line right? I was wondering what to do with this cute little birdie and love the solution you found! I had ordered mine on line from Embellish It; I've ordered some great stuff from them; TFS!
