Cool Color Combo

I made this card for my son to give to his Grandma for Mother's Day. Supplies Used: Stampin Up's Cool Carribean and Real Red cardstock; SU's Cool Carribean ink; Beckett's Expression #80 White Cardstock; SU's red gingham ribbon; Stylized Flowers Cuttlebug embossing folder; and Hero Arts Clear Design U set (CL021). It's a bit hard to see, but the carribean and red panels are mounted on a white card base. I like this color combo a lot. I'm thinking it just might be a choice for Christmas cards this year? If you are a Mom, hope you had a great day!

  2. I just bought a shirt from Northern Reflections in these colours, with capri pants in the blue. I loved the colour combo!

  4. love it, love the colors, everything. BTW, thanks for turning me onto the Beckett's Expressions paper, I simply adore it, no more smearing like I had with the SU whisper white. Have you tried any of the Beckett cream colored papers? have you found one that is a close match to SU Vanilla?

  8. Great card and this is one of my favorite color combos as well. I did use it for some of my Christmas cards along with a little Tempting Turquoise and Old Olive. It was really fun :-)

  10. I *never* would have thought to put these 2 colors together. They are stunning together and as soon as I have time I am going to make a card using them.
