Elder Care

Note to self: remember how easy it was when Mom lived with us and Andy was a toddler. She did our grocery shopping, watched Andy and babysat every Saturday night. Sometimes I need a reminder of the better days. That's it for now!

  1. Sometimes those memories are all we really have. My Mom is suffering in the end stages of altzheimers...she no longer recognizes me or anyone else. But she was the most creative, vibrant, loving woman I have ever met. Those are the memories I hang on to and I am grateful for them. Hang in there Joan.
