Featured Artist: Judy Kreucher

When I saw this snow globe card I knew I had found another fabulous stamper! Isn't this adorable? You can find Judy's gallery on splitcoaststampers here , and let me tell you, it is chock full of surprises. Judy's moniker on splitcoast is jaydekay. I hope you enjoying looking at her gallery as much as I did.
Judy lives in Arlington, Washington with her wonderful husband and a 9 yr old cat that they just saved from a shelter. Judy has been a hairstylist for over 38 years, and has been stamping for about 15 yrs. Unlike most stampers, Judy didn't start out with cards. Rather, she started getting some stamps to use with other crafts- wood working, boxes, ornaments, sacks etc., and never thought about making cards.
Now, however, as Judy said "I am hooked on cards." She used to color all her images with Marvy Markers, and used watercolor brushes to blend with, as she doesn't have a big collection of colored ink pads. Then she discovered Prisma pencils and Gamsol. Judy remarked "What a difference it has made with blending, highlighting and shading. To take a stamped image and make it your own with shading and highlighting, and of course all the little goodies we just can't pass up- there's nothing better. A little of our personalities goes into every piece of art we create. Happy Stamping! ''
Note: for some reason, I am unable to get the top 2 pictures to appear bigger or to delete them.
