Joy

I had the pleasure of attending a class by SU demo Nancy Kliewer on Friday night. What a great stamper and a very nice woman as well. This card is a cute 3 x 3 gift card -- one of 5 Christmas cards we made using the SU word window punch. Seasoned stampers will recognize that the snowflake "spins." I've seen these cards described, but could never quite figure out how to make the spin. Hint -- there are two pennies on this card.
This card uses Vintage Violet, Almost Amethyst, and SU Ultrasmooth White papers and violet and amethyst inks. Can you guess the name of the stamp set and the other 4 SU accessories that are also used on this card, other than the word window punch and adhesive? The first person to correctly guess by posting a comment here on the blog will win $15 in Stampin Up products of your choice. And, yes, I'll pay the shipping and tax.
The winning order will be the last order I place as an SU demo. After that, I'll send in my resignation and be "just" a customer. Good luck!

  2. Let's see... the set is The Snowflake Spot, and the four accessories used consist of one brad, two different size circle punches and dimensionals??? I'm probably missing something, LOL but that's my guess. :)

  3. The stamp set is The Snowflake Spot. Then I am guessing the four other SU accessories would be: 1 3/8 and 1¼ circle punches, silver brad and then possibly a dimensional for under the circle. Diane D

  4. I think I'm too late but the set is The Snowflake Spot. Accessories are a brad, 1 1/4 circle punch, 1 3/8 circle punch, and 1/16 hand held circle punch.

  6. I'm probably really late. Love the card. never thought of doing a spinner card on a 3x3 card... anyways..

    Snowflake Spot
    brad
Stampin' dimension between the pennies (now if you popped it up off the pennies then that would be 5 accessories not 4 ;) )
    1 1/4 circle punch
    1 3/8 circle punch

  8. Oops, forgot you already said word window punch. This looks like a card that used a stampamajig! That's my fourth guess! LOL

  9. My guess is the brad - two circle punches and a dauber to ink the edges of the card (but you could have used a sponge too)

Love the card - might do spinners for to/from tags.
