I made this Sweater Card Holder to hold a gift card (or check) for Christmas presents. It is from a stamp made by TooMuchFun. www.toomuchfunrubberstamps.com [I'm sorry that I am unable to make this an active link!]. Can't argue with that name! This 3-D "sweater" was just perfect for double sided paper. In this case, I used SU's Holiday Thyme. I then stamped the sweater design using SU Thyme Classic Ink, cut out the sweater, and scored it with my Score It. You can't see it on these incredibly poor quality pictures, but I used a Stardust Glitter pen to add just a touch of gold bling to each "star" in the design and on each of the "buttons". Side note: It is clear that Blogger and a Mac computer are not happy partners. I need to decide whether to stick with Blogger or switch to another blogger software. It's hard to walk away from free software, especially when part of the problem is my MAC. I cannot figure out how to find my edited pictures on my IPhoto software. If I sound frustrated, I am. If you have a MAC I would love some advice!

  4. I have a MAC, and Blogger Beta and I just tested uploading an altered picture and got it to work.

I edited my picture (cropped and enhanced color) in iPhoto, but chose the Export option (under the File menu) and saved as a JPG (drop down menu that has a default option of Original).

Maybe you could try that and see if it works for you, I hope that this information helps you with your MAC struggles!

  5. Hey Joan,

I'm a Mac user also. What OS are you running, and what version of IPhoto? I don't alter my photos in IPhoto because I use Photoshop, but I do know that in your IPhoto Library (in your Pictures folder), there is a folder that says Originals and a folder that says Modified. My DH altered a photo in IPhoto, then lost it and later found it in the Modified folder. Hope that makes sense & helps. Let me know if you have other questions about your Mac. I've worked on one my whole life - I think PCs are the enemy! :)
