Bits o' Ribbon

This is a great way to use up bits of ribbon. This card is simple, but I'm happy with the result -- especially since I used a long forgotten, retired, Stampin Up set -- Vivid Greetings -- that I bought at a yard sale a couple of years ago. Other supplies used: Cornish Heritage Farms Polka Dot background; Stampin Up Pumpkin Pie classic ink for the background and craft ink for the "hello" image; SU Pumpkin Pie Cardstock; non SU shimmery white cardstock and American Crafts Elements ribbon. edited to add: two folks asked if they could case this card. Of course.

  1. Why don't I ever find stamps at yard sales? Sweet card!

  2. Cute card!

Speaking of ribbon . . . thank you so much for the ladybug ribbon you sent me! It is absolutely adorable! And so incredibly generous of you to send it along when all I did was inquire about it. That's the thing about stampers . . . we're quite the generous lot, aren't we???? Don't worry -- I plan to "pay it forward." ;) Thanks again!

  4. Lovely card. May we have permission to case the "sketch" layout and ribbon placement? Please.... You can email me if you'd rather say no:)
