No Stamps!

I spent most of yesterday and part of today revamping my craft room. One thing I discovered is that I have way too much paper. Even with the blog giveaway of patterned paper a few weeks ago, I do not have space for all of my paper. Thus, when it was time to make a Valentine for a customer, I decided to try and use as much paper as possible! Yes, you heard me -- a customer! The best thing about having a room of my own is that all my tools are in plain sight -- I was able to use my Cricut without hauling it to the dining room. I think I will finally get some use out of this lovely machine, and the Cuttlebug, Xyron, etc. When I asked my husband if he thought my customer (a male) would like this card, he wisely said, "I think his wife will like it, and that's all that matters!" I like the way my hubby thinks!! The only problem -- if my customer doesn't like it, I'm stuck with a card for a couple whose initials are L & D! (I'll let you know if it's available!!) Supplies used: Stampin Up Loves Me Designer Paper, Pretty in Pink, White and Taken with Teal cardstocks; Dimensionals; Cricut: George Cricut Cartridge to make the various sized hearts, the "I Love You" charm, and the "L & D"; Rose grosgrain ribbon from SU; Pink Ricrak ribbon and a teeny Swarvoski crystal from StarlitStudios.

  2. If you get stuck with it you could mail it to your favorite Labor and Delivery floor (That is what I thought of before I read the description) If you ask me where I work I say L&D.

  3. Very nice card....but where are the pictures of your new scrap room. I am jealous I have a 2 x 4 office that was okay when I started being a SU demo but since has out grown it, my bedroom, my diningroom and now into our livingroom....geez time to sell but I am afraid as soon as I sell a set there will be a card I love and then I will not have the set...anyone else feel that way.

    Keep sharing your creations....
